Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you no longer require the products, our standard return policy will apply upon delivery.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order:

- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
Custom Orders
Orders for custom branded products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds
Cancellation refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
